When Number Two is #1

For days now, I have been sitting on my potty that sits on the toilet. Nothing much happened, but it was always fun to flush the toilet. Everything changed on Monday before lunch. I sat on my seat and mommy said "squeeze your hiney". So after a squeeze, strain and shudder we heard a ker-PLOP!! Mommy and daddy stared at each other contemplating the gravity of the situation and then everybody let out a big cheer. I did some paper work, hopped off the potty seat and removed it. We then gazed upon the fruit of my effort.

This will be the last of the the "Number 2" reports.

Brat Fest

Another year, another Brat Fest. We're still trying to break the 2004 World's Record for brats consumed. I wasn't born until 2005, so I can't wait to set a new record.

UPDATE May 27, 2008 The Capital Times:
Brat lovers rally to set Brat Fest record
In the final hour of Brat Fest, brat lovers rallied to set a record of 191,712 brats. At 5 p.m., organizer Tim Metcalfe wasn't sure they would be able to sell about 10,000 brats in one hour to beat the record set in 2004, 189,432 brats. But with a "huge dinner rush" and encouragement from the bands, Madison broke its own World record.

The BIG grill.
Okay, this isn't a brat, but it's my second jumbo hot dog. Forget the bun. Buns are for birds.

Just relaxing and letting the hot dogs digest.
After we eat, it's time to work off the brats....errr hot dogs.
Climbing into the bounce-around with Molly.

Daddy reassured me that all the rides at the Festival were highly maintained. However, I did notice that the minimum height requirement for the airplane ride was 4 feet tall. I'm well under that, but the "carny" didn't seem to care.

Farmer's Market

Nothing beats a beautiful Spring morning in Madison. The Farmer's Market is the perfect place to start your day.

I'm not sure why we always bring the stroller. It just means I have to push it all the way around the Capitol Square.

Taking a much needed rest from pushing the stroller.

After we bought some tomatoes and a tomato plant we enjoyed a buttermilk donut covered in sugar.

Thinking about climbing a tree.

Climbing a tree. I didn't get very far.

Thinking about launching myself off the swing.

Launching myself off the swing.

See ya tomorrow at Brat Fest!

Mother's Day

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Do I look like mommy?

An assorted mix of miscellaneous pics

Here I'm sporting my new bathrobe. I didn't notice daddy taking the picture, because I was watching "Cars".

Above, check out the cool hat Minnesota Mary sent me. Thank you Mary!

The picture below shows what I can do if I'm left alone in mommy and daddy's bedroom. I took every shoe out of the closet and set them out neatly on the bedroom floor.

Taking the Big Wheel out for a spin.
Making cookies with mommy.
Playing with my Lincoln Logs.
