Golden Doodle

We have a new addition to our family. "Furgie" the Golden Doodle. We have been looking hard for a new dog the last couple months. We have been checking out local humane societies, but had no success. Recently, mommy got a tip from a co-worker that there was a litter of Golden Doodle puppies outside of Dodgeville.

We went for a visit and immediately fell in love with Furgie.

She was born July 11th. Here are her mom Annie (the "Golden") and her dad Rudy (the "Doodle). Her parents both have a very calm, loving demeanors.

Most of Furgie's bothers and sisters had a light, cream colored fur coat.

I wanted to name the new puppy "Furry", but there was some last second negoitiating with mom and dad and we settled on "Furgie". Mommy suggested her full name should be "Furry Furgelicious".

Furgie likes to play a lot outside.
And she likes to sleep a lot inside.

5 Years Old

As it turns out, I was sung "Happy Birthday" 4 times in 4 days! I had my "Pump It Up" party with my friends, a birthday party with my relatives, a birthday party with my daycare and finally a birthday party with my mom and dad.

After the "Pump It Up" party, I had a birthday party on Wednesday September 1st because grandma Jean had a sheep dog trail beginning ON my birthday September 2nd.
