Tennis Anyone?

I decided to give tennis a try. My goal was to simply hit the ball with the racket and learn a little bit about the game. Tennis was not as easy as I thought it would be, but I did manage to hit the ball a few times.

Completely missing on a power serve from Mommy. It was "advantage mommy" in the tie-breaking third set. Apparently Mommy didn't want to lose to a 3 year old.

The Sandbar

A favorite stop this Summer has been a sandbar on the banks of the Wisconsin River. It's located on Hwy 23 near Spring Green. If you are really familiar with the area, it's across the bridge from the Talieson Visitor's Center.
The sand is clean and the water isn't murky.


Mommy and Daddy like it because it's easy to keep track of me. The lakes at Governor Dodge State Park can get kind of crowded on a hot day.

Who needs a fancy waterpark when you have mommy.
