Cali & Oregon Coast

The California & Oregon coastline is rugged and breathtakingly beautiful. As we drove north along the coast, we made it a point to stop the car and wade in the ocean.

My dad preferred to keep a safe distance from the big waves.

I on the other hand accepted the challenge of the Pacific Ocean.

The water was pretty cold, but I ventured further and further into the water.

Occasionally a big wave would get the best of me. I however was never completely separated from my shorts.
